David Scull - Managing Director

Mr. Scull has more than 25 years of extensive global senior executive-level experience. Mr. Scull been active in the oil and gas industry both in the U.S. and internationally.  Mr. Scull is very active in the LNG and Power Generation projects   He has lived and worked for many years across Asia, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and throughout the United States. 

Mr. Scull has served in senior leadership positions and as a management consultant for companies across the energy industry, including LNG producers and exporters, oilfield service groups, E&P companies, and drilling contractors. Such companies have included BP, TOTAL, EXXON, Pertamina, HUFFCO, PT Bontang, Arco, CNOOC, CNPC, JNOC, PEMEX, SWECOMEX, Petronas, Union Oil, Columbia Petroleum, Intrepid Drilling, Miller Energy, and others. 
Mr. Scull earned his Master's in International Business Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Scull’s language skills include English (native/fluent), Indonesian (fluent), Mandarin Chinese (proficient), and Arabic and Spanish (social, conversational).         

Benny Galloway, CPA - CFO, Director

Mr. Galloway has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management, with an extensive background in finance, taxes, auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, banking, insurance and governmental compliance.  

Mr. Galloway served as assistant controller and tax director for SYSCO Corporation for 11 years, responsible for all SEC filings, taking SYSCO from “over the counter” to the American Stock Exchange, and then to the New York Stock Exchange. He was a key player in the acquisition of 65 wholly owned subsidiaries for the company.  Previous experience also includes serving as CFO for several companies spanning various industries, including several years with KPMG, one of the world's largest CPA firms. Mr. Galloway has also served as a management consultant to several start-up companies. 

Mr. Galloway is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A & I College. 

Nigel Carling - Engineering Management

Mr. Carling is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years of broad and diversified operating experience. During his international career, spanning South Africa, Bahrain, Spain, Thailand, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, he has served in numerous design, supervisory, and management positions. Mr. Carling has focused on the commercialization of existing and new technologies at both the local enterprise and corporate levels.

Mr. Carling has worked with large U.S. energy companies, major oil refining and marketing enterprises, and major petrochemical companies, responsible for the execution of large-scale and multi-billion-dollar international capital investment projects from conceptual feasibility through project definition, cost estimation, finance to commissioning, start-up, and commercial operation.  

Mr. Carling is a Chartered Engineer with a B.S. and M.I. Chem in Chemical Engineering (first class honors degree) from the University of Newcastle Upon-Tyne in the United Kingdom.
